A "Pause for Words"
As if
My thoughts are
A spring sky of pure light
White clouds skimming higher
Than you can even imagine,
Next moment, troubled, hurly-burly
Full of sad hard rain
Manic lightning strikes,
Only the recalcitrant spared.
Our newest contributor: Hi, I’m H John Schaefer. I live in Hancock county. My best poems come to me at 2AM.
