BICYCLE pARTs
"I thought of that while riding my bicycle." – Albert Einstein on the Theory of Relativity (allegedly). In this exhibition artists are encouraged to follow Einstein’s path and use the bicycle as inspiration for creating works in all media.

ICONS
Every generation has its icons. Mine came from television screens, movie theaters, and album covers.
This ongoing series combines Byzantine and Russian religious iconography with contemporary portraiture. Gold leaf halos and richly patterned backgrounds honor the lasting place these familiar cultural figures hold in my life.
The women in these paintings are not simply celebrities I admire. They are women who challenged expectations, made me laugh, and inspired my imagination.
