proxy for me, to vote in accordance with preferences marked on the attached ballot at the March 1, 2024, meeting of the HANCOCK COUNTY ARTS for election of board of directors to serve on the Board of said Council. Proxy shall be used fully and with the same effect as I might or could do, were I personally present.

NOTE: Please place proxy ballot in sealed envelope with your name and the name of your appointed lawful proxy on the front. You may bring in your proxy ballot prior to the meeting or your proxy will bring envelope to the gallery by February 29, 2024 and hand it to the current Secretary (Ann Brown) or drop in the mail slot. The member who is the lawful proxy must attend the meeting, either in person or by zoom for the proxy ballot to count. The proxy ballot, however, must physically be at the gallery at the time of election to be counted.
