Service Description

Whether a beginner artist or an artist with some experience, you will come away from this workshop with some techniques and most importantly a little more confidence to just loosen up and paint. This class will be taught in acrylics and will include discussion and painting exercises. Some discussion topics/activities: What is a painting? Elements of a painting. Some “rules” of painting with a little art history mixed in. Painting materials Some painting techniques and terminology And we will have a fun, engaging painting exercise. Answer questions In line with the topic of this workshop, we have a very open and lose environment full of discussion and hopefully a lot of laughter. Wear painting clothes – you will get paint on you. At the end of this workshop, I expect you to walk away with more confidence in your art and hopefully a little more willing to just loosen up and paint.
